Commercial cleaning, floor care and auto detailing are not licensed occupations, so requiring a licence would be a criterion no honest applicant could meet. Those categories are judged on insurance, business registration and trading history instead.
By a $650 assessment fee paid when a business applies. It covers the verification work and buys assessment, not an award, applicants pay it in full and are declined. There is no winner's fee.
